Why should we hire you?
This is a great question. You should hire me because I seriously love what I do, above all else photography is an artistic and creative passion of mine, and has been for the last 15 years. In addition to photography I have dedicated a large portion my energy to working with people, and also attend NYU graduate school for counseling. Shooting portraiture is truly a marriage of my two loves as I get to be with awesome people and create art at the same time.
How would you describe your style of wedding Photography, and what are your specialities?
I would say my work is photojournalistic, with a contrasted gritty edge. I am fascinated by NYC colors and back drops, the NYC graffiti and mural scene, but also love nature as well!Central Park is one of my all-time favorite places to shoot. I aim to use all natural light as much as humanely possible and have a background in fine art portraiture and street style photography. If you’re looking for the run of the mill safe and soft style, that isn’t me. I set shots up as well, (a little secret is most of its set up to recreate the “natural look”) but what I am aiming for is to cultivate a fun and relaxing atmosphere for you two to enjoy yourselves and capture those moments. Our time together should feel like hanging with a friend. Not like work! After all this is your big day and it should be as pleasurable and amazing as possible. I mainly specialize in elopement photography and small and intimate weddings, but I have also photographed a number of larger weddings and love those as well.

Family Photography FAQ Guide
How long does a shoot last?
Typically, baby and toddler sessions lasts around 30 minutes which is about as long as their little attention spans can handle at that age, then we do some family portraits, or shots of feeding time, bath time, or nap time. Because of their short attention spans I shoot fast and we try and do a few outfit changes in that time frame to get as much content as we can for your final gallery. Family sessions often take the full hour as we will shoot a little of the kids and then the whole family together as well.
For baby sessions can parents be in the photos?
Yes definitely! You’re a key factor in helping them feel comfortable and helping to position them.
What if the baby or child is having a tough day, crying, not cooperating?
We work around it! Most infants don’t smile yet and do cry often, my style of photography is far more photo journalistic than the average baby portrait photographer. MY view is these are still really amazing valuable moments in their lives and it’s nice to have photos of them no matter what.
What do we need to book?
I require s $75 non-refundable deposit to hold your time.
What if the baby is sick and we have to reschedule/cancel?
I have a child myself and totally understand babies can have rough days, In that event I retain the deposit fee of $75 if you reschedule in less than 3 days. If you give me advanced notice we can add that deposit to a new date we both agree on.
What If you get sick?
I know being a mother the last thing you want is to introduce germs to young children. I will accommodate whatever schedule you have available for a new shoot date. And can often do so same week.
